(as a student nurse),

On clozapine clinic the recovery support workers, recovery support team nurses and care assistant provide expert physical monitoring including vital signs: blood pressure pulses weight and temperature which includes consent from client and communicating with client.

Medical monitoring helps to check the blood of the client so dose can be given.
