About: Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Crisis resolution

(as the patient),

I have a long history of mental health problems and contacted the team for some help.

I feel like the member I spoke to was not helpful at all she asked me why I had contacted them and not my cpn then told me to contact connect or dial house.

At no point did the person ask me wot was wrong or offer me any kind of support and I just think that from my experience the crisis service is not fit for purpose.
