About: Medway NHS Foundation Trust

(as a service user),

My doctors / consultants have been all different

One doesn't know what the over one has said 

They said about cerebellar ataxia which they never offered me any tablets injection or even suggested a diet

I could lose senses within months yet they have done nothing other than passed me to someone else.
