"Sharing our stories of recovery"

I attended a 10 week course called Telling Your Story. It was very well run and everyone in the group was given the opportunity to use their voices. It allowed everyone to be creative and express themselves, and all the other students seemed really happy with the course.

The trainers were very knowledgeable and supportive. They had a great sense of humour, and showed a lot of kindness and compassion throughout. The whole group gelled together.

At the end, everyone had the chance to share what they wanted to of their recovery story.
