"Appointment at the MRI department this evening"

About: South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

I attended the friarage hospital for an MRI scan this evening (30th November 2017). Three radiographers dealt with me and they were brilliant. I was fully briefed of what to expect. Everything was explained to me. My dignity was maintained throughout and the whole experience was impressive.

These individuals are a credit to your organisation. The NHS is going through. Challenging times presently and I wanted to take the opportunity to acknowledge such professional staff. They made a stressful time more bearable for me. Thank you to them . My appointment was at 18.00 so I hope you they will be able to be identified. Elaine Andrews
