"Efficient and caring"

This is the second time I have been referred to the dept after finding a lump. Thankfully both times it has been found to be a fatty necrosis following trauma. Both times I was seen very quickly all tests carried out within the same appointment and the result given. I was reassured that I had done the right thing to be referred and it is best to be checked out. Every member of staff I saw was pleasant and put me at my ease in anxious circumstances. I would definitely reassure anyone with concerns that any referral will be treated quickly and efficiently with a great deal of respect and care.
