"Gastroenterology Outpatient"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital

Just another outpatient appointment at the Gastroenterology Unit. Outstanding "customer service", I felt that I was the centre of their attention at all times.

I was kept fully informed during my treatment, the process fully explained to me at each stage and I was constantly questioned about my welfare and they treated with respect, consideration and kindness.

Well done and a big thank you to all.

(I'm considering transferring all my outstanding business to the NNUH)
