"Neurology Dept."

I fecently had an EEG and an MRI scan at the Norfolk and Norwich. Without fail every staff member from the doctor down were polite, helpful and friendly. I was treated very quickly with minimal waiting time. I could not fault the appointments.

My one grievance is with the time it is taking to get results. In both tests I was advised that I would be advised of them by letter. It is mow seven weeks since the EEG and over three weeks since the MRI. My GP has not received them either.

This is already a worrying time, excacerbated by the long wait.
