Great treatment put my mind at rest.

Very satisfied with the receptionist, the nurse and the doctor - friendly efficient and knowledgeable - thank you.

The administration is not so good -

I had an appointment booked for August which the hospital brought forward to July.

But now I'm being told I cancelled and need to re-book and there seems no way to get out of the loop of receiving letters to remind me.

Have advised my GP but they can't help with the automated appointment system.

I am pleased that the front facing services worked well for you and were efficient. However, I am sorry to learn that the automated appointment service has posed some difficulty.
