"Lack of communication"

About: Wakefield House

(as a service user),

Telephoned at least 4 times and each time no one called me back, this left me in a terrible state with no one to talk to.

I was having a really bad week, very low.  I feel disgusted with the staff and service at Wakefield House. They promised to call me back and never did over and over again! Then they said they had not received a call from me.

I even spoke to a manager there who said the calls were meant to be logged and wrote down, they did not seem concerned though. Terrible!
