My husband had been sat with an elderly unwell incoherent stranger in the street for 3hrs now awaiting an ambulance. Disgusted!! It is now midnight and still no sign of help

We are very sorry to learn of your concerns, however Medway NHS Foundation Trust do not manage the ambulance service and so regrettably cannot help on this occasion.
