Recovery college , taking back control: planning your own recovery,

I have just finished the above course run by Calvin (clinician) and Stella (peer) ,I have been to a few courses and my confidence has improved ,my understanding and coping strategies are so much better , Calvin explains everything in a manner that you understand, he is brilliant at handling awkward situations, he is calm and caring, Stella is very kind ,lovely to talk to and understands what your going through , she also has a brilliant sense of humour. There was also a man training there called Owen who was equally nice ,kind and easy to talk to. I have recommended these courses to to lots of friends they are very helpful .
