"A&E Excellence"

About: North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust

On Saturday I sustained a sports injury and visited A&E at 5 pm, it was starting to get busy. The receptionist and triage nurse were very welcoming and gave me a good idea about wait time which enabled me to plan childcare. After only 1 hour wait I was seen by the nurse practitioner who was so lovely and professional I was treated as an individual and my concerns adresssd with compassion. The x-ray was rapid and again I was seen by a cheerful gentleman who was caring and took time to explain what was going on. My fracture and care were explained carefully and I felt 100% confident in the professionals. I am very grateful for the care I received well done.
