"Access to hospital services"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

(as other),

One always values good positive feedback.  One looks for the good, the progressive, most of all feeling valued as a patient, person and professional....

I am bewildered that one day this week between 11.00- 11.20 am. I was unable to get through to Worcester Royal Hospital.  I made 17 continuous dials to the main hospital switchboard tel 01905 763333  none were answered!

Possibly the service was compromised, the staffing levels were extremely light. maybe the staff needed breaks and that was the time period they were taken.  Undaunted between 11.33- 11.36 a further 6 calls were attempted.....all failed.

I feel it is a dangerous precedent, my call was either answered by pot luck or not

I feel incredulous
