Last Year I had to resign from the Company my business partner and I founded in 2015. In our first year we were really successful and thought our futures were mapped out. Last year things took a downward direction after planned premises purchase was unsuccessful and this triggered my current condition and has led to life changing process to start again. I am currently undergoing CBT and self healing as I continue to work through whats needed to move on to a new career once I am back to full health. The CBT at Healthy Minds has given me some practical help.
