(as the patient),

I was sent to Sheffield when my own town could not help me and through a very difficult time having to go to another town seemed another added pressure which was soon taken away once I got there and was looked after brilliantly, I would like to thank all the staff on g1 and g2 for helping me through this very difficult time in my life and also would like to thank Joanne for all her help and support from the "the lady from Hull"
